A patio party to welcome the new executive directors was held on June 28, 2013 at West Hills Village Senior Residence.

We are pleased to have both Nicole and Sean as part of the West Hills’ family. Their experience and knowledge will be a fantastic addition to the already great teams at both West Hills Village Senior Residence and West Hills Health and Rehabilitation,” said Regional Director of Operations, Matthew Kern.

Leahy, who has a M.B.A. in operations management, has previous leadership experience in higher education and previously worked in a management position at American InterContinental University. “I am a firm believer in the importance of resident service and creating a positive environment, and I am excited to help West Hills Village Senior Residence continue to be a wonderful home to our residents and families,” remarks Leahy.

For the past 11 years, Easley has worked in social services and staffing for a home care company prior to receiving her administrator training. Prior to coming to West Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center, she was the administrator for five years of Marquis Centennial.  “I am very excited to join the West Hills’ family and am passionate about serving our community and providing excellent care,” said Easley.
